::Went at 5:00 p.m. and was told 7 people ahead of me and it may take an hour or a little more. After 1 1/2 hours, they said that there were 6 people ahead of me and I probably would have to wait at least another hour. Unfortunately, the place closes at 8:00 p.m. and they couldn't guarantee that I would be seen at all. People were coming in with "appointments" - what's that about. One person went up the front desk and made some noise about people being put in front of them. I left. Really crappy place to get help when you're suffering so much. Another time, I went and found that the doctor was very dismissive and didn't have time for me. Find someplace else to go because this place does not know how to manage the clinic and also doesn't care.

::Arrived at 9:30 am and did not get to see a doctor until two hours later. There were about 8-10 people ahead of me when I arrived and the waiting room quickly filled up to capacity such that they stopped registering walk ins after 10:15. Friendly and helpful receptionist but very very long wait times.

::Came in on Feb 2nd. Honestly not a bad experience except the receptionist is like a walking corpse. Every time I come, she always looks like she's had 3 hours of sleep and is sitting on a chair made of knives. Everything seems to be an inconvenience to her, it's really not great for people coming in with issues to be greeted by someone so...angry? If this is the 'face' of the clinic, I recommend hiring someone else.

::No stars at all if it will be possible. The jewel in the crown of Canada's health system. We came 40 minutes before closing time and they refused to accept our daughter, she had 39.4 fever.

::I waited 3.5 hours during walk-in hours only to be rushed by Dr. Dionne once my turn came. I came into the clinic with 2 health concerns and he said that he would only look into 1 of them. Note that time wasn't an issue, or at least I thought so, because I was seen at 3:30 and the clinic that day closed at 8. After waiting for a long time and paying my taxes for this service, you would expect to be treated better. Additionally, he was not helpful. Would give a 0 rating if I could. This treatment is unacceptable from a health care professional. The only good thing about the clinic were the friendly receptionists at the front desk.
