  The doctor was very polite and professional. Did not rush at all and provided a good explanation.

  Waited over an hour with a sick and cranky toddler. the doctor popped his head through the door and said he would be back. served multiple people who came in AFTER US. we left without being seen and they still charged OHIP for the visit.
