  We highly recommend Prelude Music 🎶!!! Our son took lessons for years here and our daughter is currently taking the “Melodies and ABC’s” classes and it is the highlight of her week. She sings the songs throughout the week that she learns - it’s so wonderful to see! We have had all of the educators here at one point and they are all fantastic! Parking is easy also which is a bonus. We love the classes here!

  Michelle not only raised everyone's spirit (Indivuduals who required support, and the Staff who supported them) with her positive energy and musical style once a week at our day program, but truly engaged and detailed her point of view during her weekly Music Therapy visits. Michelle coached and paced everyone while delivering an amazing experience using a variety of instruments and a style all her own. She was able to document behaviours as she ran an energetic class, and gave us detailed reports on the strengths and challenges that she had picked up on during the therapy. This was extremely helpful to all Staff involved, and allowed a perspective from a different angle that proved beneficial. An amazing Musician, Teacher and Human being, who does so much more than teach and play music, she offers learning, positive energy and ab enriching attitude that is so very contagious to everyone in the same room as her!

  The parent-child group music classes (Melodies & ABCs) at Prelude Music are a favourite for my three daughters and I. We have been attending regularly for 5 years and have experienced all class levels ranging from the 6-month old group to the 5-year old program. Staff are professional, enthusiastic and engaging and it is a true pleasure to see the many educational and musical concepts presented to students as we sing, dance and play our way through the class! We would highly recommend the services of Prelude Music.

  Melodies and ABCs is my daughters favourite activity. The class keeps youngsters engaged for the duration with fun songs, rhymes & dancing. They use shakers and bells and also get exposure to instruments like drums and guitars. Highly recommend Prelude!

  Michelle gave an amazing presentation at our 2017 Yukon Child Care Association conference. Very informative and engaging. Our participants loved the music and the interactive movement. This is information and music that we could take and use in our childcare environments immediately. We highly recommend Prelude Music presentations!!!
