  Disputed a ticket and it was resolved as we had a paid receipt but . I have to assume the people they have writing tickets are on commission. The whole experience really makes you very defensive with the wording on how to resolve your dispute and their response email. I would like to see where their locations are but it is not on their website.

  They gave me a parking ticket when i still had 6 minutes left on my receipt. When i refused to pay it at the Saskatoon office they gave me the typical run-a-round and told me i had to deal with it over email. Horrible scam of a system.

  Good parkade but lost points because cars aren't safe overnight (second hand knowledge) and the stairways tend to attract drug users.
