::I attended Pranashanti as a first timer recently. Wonderful experience! Maria was amazing, very soothing, knowledgable, and approachable. The class had great spacing despite how popular the class was. Pranashanti is what yoga, mindfulness and peace is really about and you can feel that as soon as you enter their doors. I did try another studio shortly after out of curiosity... I can safely say Pranashanti is where I'll be hanging my mat, no question!

::My husband and I love this yoga centre. Teachers including all staff are very pleasant and knowledgeable. It is clean and not pretentious like with some other yoga studios (personal opinion) I highly recommend you check it out for yourself. Can't say enough good things. Devinder especially is wonderful💛

::PranaShanti is my go to place for yoga in Ottawa. Yoga means Union / Connection. PranaShanti is just that: a quality yoga centre where I go to connect with others who are like minded. I can take in a yoga class and feel confident that the teachers have had the highest quality of training in their chosen practice by world class trainers. PranaShanti is more than just a yoga centre. It is also a place of education. I trained as a Kundalini Yoga teacher at PranaShanti and know from personal experience the training is first class. It is a place of wellness, where you can bliss out and relax with the best hot stone massage I have had.

::Yoga can be practiced almost anywhere, in fact the best is when we express yoga in our lives. PranaShanti is an environment where I not only get to take to the mat, with upwards of 50+ classes on any given week in diverse styles of yoga and a full complement of workshops and events. PranaShanti is a place of healing, respite, and rejuvenation. Having participated in many of the yoga classes with first-class instructors, completed a 200-hour teacher training, and experienced many of the diverse services, I feel welcome and a part of the growing community that PranaShanti has created when I arrive at the centre. If Yoga is Sanskrit for “Union”, then PranaShanti, to me is “Unity” in my individual practice and connection with like-minded folks. I highly recommend checking the centre out and experience it for yourself.

::I started out as a student taking Kundalini classes, then loved it so much I decided to take the teacher training, now I substitute teach sometimes and the vibe continues to amaze. Wide variety of yoga in classrooms that are pristine with comfy flooring and lots of choice in bolsters and blankets. Helpful friendly front desk staff. Knowledgeable, empathetic teachers. And a little south facing organic veggie garden to enjoy a cup of yogi tea and a treat after class. What more could you ask for?
