  There appears to be a huge disconnect between the website and the actual outlet. I booked online through the Practicar website. The car I had reserved (small SUV) was not available, nor was the price I was quoted accurate for the SUV. The credit card I used to book (Amex) was not accepted for payment at the time of pickup. Staff were as accommodating as they could be under the circumstances. I was also told the optional insurance was a requirement, which at $20/day was an increase of about 50% to the quoted price. Although the car was clean it had been smoked in and stunk. The apparent savings compared to the other rental companies did not hold true. I will stick to the major brands in the future and will not be back.
