  If he's not too busy making delicious potato chips on a stick, Salah is a great guy to have a conversation with, he's surprisingly chill working in such a fast paced business. Also the best poutine you've ever had, get it with his delicious smoked meat. His food truck is in this location for much of the year, but in the summer when the weather is good he is often found at Kits Beach.
