  I got my nails done once at the Osbourne location; the owner did my nails and completely tore my fingers apart while filing and I was so unimpressed. Won't go back again.

  It was my friends birthday and we made an appointment for 5 of us at 6pm. There was no one available to do our pedicures until almost 7. They asked us to wait and then tried to split us up. We ended up leaving without any of us getting our pedicures. Terrible service and the owner was there and didn’t seem to care.

  As crazy busy as Posh gets, it’s honestly worth the wait. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. I love seeing Azel for my nails. Never had someone take so much time and has such attention for detail before. Every time I bring an idea she makes it 10x better with her creativity and sweet personality. Place is super cute and stylish and they carry so many colours I can never choose just one! People are so quick to judge when it comes to posh, but I truly recommend coming here!

  The name is better fitted to the price than the service. Also, judging by the dust bunnies on this "now open" sign, it hasn't been thoroughly cleaned since it opened.

  Didn't get started on our nails until 25 minutes after our reservation. This happened both times I went. The first time they did a good job and I was happy. The second time the girls spent like 20 minutes in total on our nails. They were obviously rushing and my nails came out uneven. Wouldn't go back. The second time I tried to make my reservation at Pembina instead. It was hard to reach anyone and when I finally got through the lady on the phone was quite rude, especially after I told her my friend had a coupon.
