  Called for service on a Saturday night. Receptionist was professional, but probably from a generic answering service. Couldn't get help for sink/drainage problem unless we had an account already established. Also the company that answered was called Synergy Plumbing (not Plumbers Vancouver). Don't waste your time if you need home service outside of business hours. These guys won't help you. In all fairness, the probably deserve the five stars for bigger projects/problems...I think my problem was too small for them to care about.

  A BIG THANK YOU for Plumbers Vancouver!! They saved the day by fixing my furnace and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them.
