::La chaudière a cessé de fonctionner par grand froid. Il devait venir corriger le problème mais ne l’a jamais fait, j’ai du faire appel à un autre fournisseur. Nous ne pouvons certainement pas les recommander.

::It took over 3 months to fix a leaking shower head with this company. The plumber himself did OK, but making appointments was a hassle: the first time they didn't come at all on the day of (and you have to wait at home all day for them to come, since they don't give you a time, and if they do, it's not actually reliable). We had given them details about the plumbing (brand, models, etc.) and still they came unprepared. The plumber had to leave for 1h to go and actually purchase a replacement cartridge, and turns out it wasn't even the right one. We were obviously charged for labor in that meantime. They then had to order said cartridge, and it took about 3 weeks to get that. I was then told that the plumber would come by in the morning, and still no one had come by 2pm. When the plumber came back, he was still missing equipment and could not get anything done. They then did not call us for 1 month to reschedule, so I had to call them myself and that's when they announced they also had to order another replacement piece and would only come back if I agreed to pay for it. The 3rd time around (so 3 months after the 1st appointment), it went OK, but all in all we paid 700$ to replace a cartridge. Very disappointed in their customer service.

::Beware, this company is not what it used to be. They replaced our copper pipes with PVC, crimped instead of soldered, claimed that our new faucet had broken and needed replacing, and directed our copper discharge pipe (drain line) into the basin of the laundry tub where it will oxidize/rust (toxic). Now, they are ignoring our calls. Go elsewhere if at all possible. UPDATE: We managed to speak to the boss to discuss our outstanding issues and agreed to a plan to resolve them. We were initially satisfied with the good will shown on their behalf, but were not impressed that we needed to follow-up (i.e. arrived 3.5 hrs late) and insist on the material used given the original complaint. Despite this, we were prepared to use their services again. We just received the bill and are not impressed. Their markup is ridiculously huge and it appears as if our agreement was not honoured. We would have been better to take the time off work, purchase the parts at the local hardware store, and do the job ourselves. We will definitely be going to a competitor in future.
