  I really liked how they made me feel comfortable, and allowed other piercers to obtain more knowledge about piercings. Definitely coming back for another piercing!

  Got one of my first tattoo's here by Ricky and I loved it- The tattoo artists and the one professional piercer I know that works there (Juliette)are all friendly and welcoming but besides them the people who work at the front desk (besides james) are extremely rude... I called one evening to go get a piercing and when asked he said one was in, once I got there he informs me that hes the piercer (the guy at the front desk whom i talked on the phone with) and he couldn't do the piercing I wanted.. Which means I wasted 15 minutes driving there to be told he cant do it. He never asked me on the phone what I wanted (then at least he could've told me no) he was rude in person and on the phone. I used to LOVE coming here for anything but I'm now going to take any of my future business to a place where the front staff are not RUDE and don't find it funny to waste a customers time.
