::Won't shop there again. Security alarm went off when I was leaving and I had only purchased one item so I handed it back to the cashier to rescan. She said it was scanned correctly and something else caused the alarm to go off. I went through the security gate again without the product I'd purchased to show that nothing on me was making the alarm go off. Rather than admit that she hadn't scanned the item properly, she called over the security guard and had me empty my bag. It was beyond humiliating and ended with me getting a refund and taking my business elsewhere. ** sent contact info to owner per request in their reply to my review. Received a spammy email about being entered into a contest.... bizarre.

::Extremely unprofessional « under cover » security guard. He stopped me after he watched me pay and didn’t tell me who he was he was just asking me for my bag without any sense of professionalism. I believed he was just an unstable shopper so I tried to walk away and he pushed me back until I showed him my bill. He never showed any identity whatsoever so I went back to speak with the cashier and she confirmed he worked there. This guy is ridiculous and should be fired!!! Another cosmetics lady was extremely rude to my friend. I went with her to buy products for her acne and the lady began making fun of her condition and saying it was because she « didn’t wash her face.

::The Pharmacy section is their saving grace. The workers are nice based on their current mood and don't seem to get any penalty for their crappy attitudes, the service is very slow. Lines build up quickly and if I need a product that isn't on the shelves anymore it'll take about 30mins before I get to see someone and another 30 until he or she comes back to tell me the item is out of stock. Now for the Canada post section: The worst part of this location unfortunately. The workers are technically workers for Jean Coutu in a Canada Post location, so any hang ups you have with Canada Post they avoid by this little loophole, they'll always send you to call customer service. This is how Canada Post avoids taking responsibility for anything. HOWEVER, they take all the days off of Canada Post, meaning, Canada Post dictates the vacation days of the workers there, it makes absolutely no sense. The workers there could honestly now be any less interested in existing and their prices are getting out of hand. If I walk about a kilometer to the east there's another one of these kiosks and they furnish scotch tape for free. Here they ask you to buy theirs because "that's just how it is" and the tape costs 5$ + tax a pop! This is straight up abuse and needs to stop.
