  Came here to take my picture taken for my QC health insurance card. The person told me I could smile for it. Unfortunately RAMQ doesn't allow this... I came back to get another picture taken. They refused to take it again for free (it had been too long since the picture was taken). I still had both pictures and the proof it had been refused by RAMQ, therefore my pictures had never been used / waste of my money because of their employee.
