I honestly don't get what the hype is about. I got the Margherita which wasn't seasoned well enough. None of the individual components - crust, dough, sauce, cheese - stood out for that matter. Service was fine. I'd skip this place if looking for authentic Italian pizza.

One of the best pizzas I've had in Montreal. The restaurant itself is beautiful, amazing ambience. The pizzas are large and incredibly flavourful. The waiters are attentive and quick, and the service overall was wonderful. Eat at pizzeria 900 if you have the chance!

Solid pizzeria in the centre of Montreal. Good place for a 3rd date- nice decor, decent music and staff are friendly and relaxed. The red wine was served cold and there is not a huge discrepancy in flavour between pizzas served here and those from street vendors using wood fired ovens. Service 4/5 Value 4/5 Food 4/5 Atmosphere 5/5 I’d come back as it’s a safe bet but I’m still searching for Montreal’s best pizzeria.

Would be zero stars if I had the option. Absolutely horrible service! I work in the area, have frequented the restaurant several times and at best the service has been slow and pushy. I exceptionally went on a week night evening for a date when my boyfriend. It was the worst dining experience I've ever had in my life. The manager was our server. He didn't say hello when we walked in, he didn't look at us, he didn't lift his head up and acted extremely inconvenienced when we asked to be seated. We were one of 3 tables in the restaurant, total. It quickly disintegrated from there. We waited and waited. He slowly lumbered around, not acknowledging us. One table finished eating, the other table had their order taken. We were there for over 20 minutes, menus folded on the side of our table, waiting. The manager, Charles, passed by us several times. My boyfriend politely tried to catch his attention, Charles walked right passed, didn't look at us or acknowledge us. There was no missing our request. We were astounded. My boyfriend attempted to get him again saying we're ready to order and AGAIN he ignored us. Finally he came over to us and spoke to us in a very condescending manner "do you have any questions on the menu" when we had clearly indicated that we were ready to order. Instead of acknowledging the situation or actually apologizing he feigned complete ignorance. Way to add insult to injury, he wouldn't even take responsibility for his actions! We had chosen a nice bottle of wine, appetizers and mains. Our bill would have easily been $100 at a fairly inexpensive restaurant. The service was so rude and condescending we were too repulsed to stay. It was 6pm on a Tuesday night in an empty restaurant, if you can't mentally prepare yourself to service your patrons under the easiest of conditions, you're in the wrong industry, Charles. I've worked in the service industry for over 10 years, the manager's attitude was totally unacceptable. With an ounce of effort he could have salvaged the experience, instead we'll never be eating there again.

900°c = perfect dough. The dough is crispy on the outside with a perfect amount of tart, yet fluffy like a cloud on the inside. The red sauce is exactly what it should be and the ingredients used seem to be very high quality. The staff is easy on the eyes and they don't take a very long time to get food to your table. I did not have to ask once to have my water refilled at we went when it was a full house at the late end of a dinner rush. Well managed, well decorated, well staffed, and well fed. This Torontonian will go back home and tell stories of the pizza I had today. 10/10
