  I went to an all day event and the staff were very discrete, polite, well dressed, and we're always at the ready to assist if needed. The hotel was clean, spotless even! Although I didn't stay at the hotel overnight, I'm sure the rooms were just as taken care of as what I saw in the lobby, restaurant, and conference rooms. I would definitely suggest this place to anyone traveling. The view of the harbor was absolutely amazing!

  Overall, my stay was pretty good. You can tell that the hotel is ready for a major upgrade, but you cannot beat that beautiful view of the mountains and harbor. Having breakfast with that view was a definite plus. The staff was amazing and friendly, and was always ready to help if you had any questions or concerns. Thanks for a wonderful stay, guys!

  It felt great entering a comfortable room after a rainy walk. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom has recently been remodeled (very nice). Great tourist hotel, encountered many young families while staying there. A great location at Coal Harbor, a five-minute walk from Stanley Park.

  The hotel is located in a good location, nice view, nice staff on the front desk but the room was just behind the elevator and it was a terrible night. the beds are not as comfortable as they could get. Jacuzzi is very small for such a large hotel. To be honest, In this hotel does not want to return. bad experience in this hotel. Was requested earplugs, but in room behind elevator should be in room and really good discount for that rooms!!!!!

  This hotel made me fall in love with Vancouver; fabulous location: super close to high end fashion retailers, Robson street and Coal Harbour. Of course being on West Hastings there are breath taking harbour views as well as city views... Excellent service from the moment you arrive. Really good gym facility in the building as well. Rooms are really fun, decorated with hues of red, always wake up happy especially if you have a coal harbour view. Definitely recommend - worth the price!
