  Probably the best view you can get of Old Quebec for free. Kinda hard to get there when it is snowing but definitely possible

  Really amazing views of Old Quebec and the river. I ended up coming here 3 times - morning, evening, and night - at my mom's request because a Korean drama she likes was partially filmed here. (Hilariously enough, we ran into a group of Korean tourists here during one of our visits). Definitely worth coming to if you're in the area!
