  The products are of good quality plus they look very nice. At the store, the staff was very helpful and welcoming which made the visit much nicer

  The selection is great, good location not too busy and ample parking. The store was well maintained and we were greeted as soon as we got in. I found the sales staff very helpful and friendly.

  The selection is good but the staff are inconsistent different messages. Went in spent 100+ came with coupon and the lady was new forgot to scan was told to come back to the store to get the adjustment and the man who was the "leader" was rude refused to do the credit. I told him that I spoke to the person in charge yesterday evening and he was like well I don't know who that is refused to check. So rude. From the moment I walked in he had an attitude. I will be reporting him for what I believe to be not reflective of Pier One employees and what I expect.

  Excellent staff and amazing items. Pricey but high quality. Very knowledgeable and helpful team. Wide variety of items for home decor and furniture
