  Found in the mall right near the North East side entrance facing Burrard station, this gem is a great find! If you're a tourist looking for a snack break or a downtown desk jockey looking for a quick breakfast, give it a try! The smoked meat breakfast bagel was warm toasty goodness! Smoked meat, egg, cheese on a everything bagel $6.50. Support local!

  Good service, delicious bagels, great specials. Not really Montreal style bagels but they are fantastic. Great spot for breakfast or lunch

  The food is Amazing my husband and I travel alot and we have tried different types of sandwiches, but when we came to Canada and stayed in Vancouver we decided to eat at Phat Royal Centre. Omg!!! The food was amazing delicious. It's our first time here at Phat Royal Centre and we are definitely coming back. Yes there's alot of Food Courts here. But not like this one...the Food and Staff very friendly again the food is amazing..we highly recommend Phat Royal Centre so if you do travel here stop by...⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ California Lancaster..

  Tried their all day breakfast bagel: smoked meat with cheese and scrambled egg. I absolutely love the bagel! It's very light and fluffy and the smoked meat is not too salty which I love. Price is only $6.50 too so it's not bad for a quick delicious breakfast. Just steps away from the Burrard Skytrain station too which is very convenient.

  The food is awesome and the owners and staff are friendly - not an an artificial, excessively cheerful sense, but in a real, we're just people and so are you kinda way, and it's great. I always feel better after stopping by.
