::Love the staff here and the prices. Visited this location at least on 20-30 separate occasions, with and without my pet. I highly recommend this location. I also would advise to take advantage of the "pick up in store" option when ordering online as it works great!

::I need to give a shout out to the groomers, managers and particularly Chris at pet smart Preston crossing. Yesterday my pup was being groomed and had a seizure (first time). The staff acted promptly and professionally. Chris drove him to the vet and I was called immediately. The manager called several times to follow-up! My pup seems fine today thanks to the caring and professional actions of the staff. Sending a big thank you to all from Lucas and our family!!

::Petsmart is my favourite pet store in Saskatoon! I have a dog who is the most fussiest dog ever with food and it gets really costly when I’m trying to find him food he will actually eat and lots gets wasted but these guys have a great policy so there won’t be any food waste. If the dog doesn’t like the food you can give back the bag as long as it’s at least half full and they will help you find the right food for your pup. That’s definitely my favourite part of this company. Also the staff are always available and knowledgeable about all the questions I have about their products. They have a wide variety of animal food, toys, cleaning products and just everything for your pets needs! All in one store! I love it! It is organized wonderfully so I never have a problem finding my way through the store. They have pet groomers who do a wonderful job on my dog. I can even have my pup walk around the store with me to shop! Love this place!! Affordable and all in all a great place for your pets needs!

::Always a wonderful experience. Helpful, caring staff who truly consider the needs of pets and pet parents alike! For a short while I had adjusted this rating downward, but the store manager and I had a talk and I am satisfied that not only do they now make customer experience a top priority, but that with the recent change in management at this store (revision date: 3/17/18) that the customer care offered by this business has been restored to the high level previously experienced. I thank the staff and management of this location for their willingness to listen and work with their customers, maintaining high standards for customer experience and responding to customer difficulties with due care and attention.

::Great pet store. Have wide variety of pet products. Has everything one could possibly need for their pets including a grooming centre. It's also nice that they have some birds, lizards, cats, etc. in the store. Pretty good place even if you just want to waste some time by looking at some cute animals. Also, you can bring your dog in with you which is awesome.
