  Ordered a custom ring in Mid November for my wife's Christmas gift. The sales rep guaranteed it would be in before Christmas. Well it's Febuary 2 and nothing yet . Every time I call I get some excuse that ends in we'll call you when it's in! Avoid People's Jewellers!

  Went in to buy a ring this summer.The lady at the desk was helpful and friendly, but she got on the phone during the sale and applied for a credit card using my information without my consent. I have never bought jewellery before so from my understanding I was signing warranty papers, but a People's credit card showed up in the mail a week later. I closed it right away. When shopping here make sure you know everything they are doing! Staff need to be retrained in proper business conduct and privacy, and explain to their customers what they are doing.
