  I went there for an oil change and they did not have a filter in stock. They told me that I would have to drive to Part Source and pick one up. I agreed because I wanted to put the car away for winter that day. I went and paid for the filter. After the bill was written up I was not credited for the filter. After questioning it I was told that the price is the same whether I supply the filter or not. I said you MADE me purchase my own, I want to be re-imbursed, Sorry.. that's not how we work. That's Ok.. I have 5 vehicles in the family all needing oil changes. Guess where I will NEVER return.
