  What an awesome spin studio! This is the go to spin studio in Calgary for people looking to improve their road cycling and/or simply wanting to improve their health. The staff are very knowledgeable and are keen to make sure that you get the best out of your workout, you push yourself appropriately, and you do it in a way where you have great cycling form and low risk of injury. Martine is a wonderful owner and the whole place has a really great vibe.

  I can't stop raving about how great the 4x4 challenge is. The weekly challenge of going to one or two more classes a week really paid off. I could feel my body getting fitter my sore muscles reminded me everyday I had to go up a flight of stairs. But the real proof of how great of a workout I was getting at Peloton was my trip to Palm Springs. I didn't know I could bike so fast and so effortlessly. Thanks Martine and all the instructors for pushing me to the next level

  I’ve been an active member of the Peloton club for 5 years. The instructors are all first class, highly knowledgeable and encouraging. Everything taught has a direct correlation to improving your outdoor cycling skills. Best workout you’ll ever have. Ever heard of an easy 100k on a road bike? Train here and you’ll find out it’s possible. #Sweat4Days

  Highly recommend this spin studio! Not only is it a great workout but the staff are highly educated with the bikes as well as indoor and outdoor cycling. These bikes allow users to see how hard they truly are working!! I have been spinning here for 4 months and have already seen great improvements in my strength and cardiovascular system. The variety of classes offered makes it easy to schedule it into your day. Another great option available is the shoes, being able to clip in makes such a difference when riding! Great music, great people.

  I was introduced to Peloton's about 5 years ago by a friend who was an experienced rider and I was very much a beginner. Roll forward 5 years, I am still going and loving it and my cycling/fitness level has improved as well. This is studio for anyone who likes or wants to cycle from beginner to advanced - you ability doesn't matter as the bikes let you train at your level - more on this later. From the owner to all the staff, they are all passionate about riding, take time to plan the workout and thus make the workout both fun and rewarding. The most amazing thing however has got to be the bikes!! I could ride at my other gym however it is the bikes (and the instructors) that bring me back. These bikes are so amazing, they take the guess work out of settings (no quarter turn to the right here) and let everyone train at there own fitness level each and every class. If nothing else, you have to come try the bikes and maybe you too will be here 5 years later. Well done team Peloton!!!
