  Very Rude staff particularly ERIN... I dont know how she even got hired for csr position.. dont know how to talk to customer.. will never go back to to this location again

  lady was rude over the phone at this location was got told that portage place store has what i was looking for other payless shop and also they give me print out that portage have like 4 pairs with what i was looking for . i called the next day lady was rude put me on hold for long time and then told me she couldnt find it i told her i was told you guy have it and she start saying our system is off and we dont have... reason mad is not even said sorry
