  They never have what you need. Crazy rainy weather and none of the Payless stores in Ottawa are selling rain boots?! But they also don't deliver to Canada so you are just S.O.L with this company.

  Just like any payless. They did allow me to enter without shoes on so I could buy a pair, so that was nice

  can't stand Billings bridge. The payless here is always busy. But good prices.
