  "This is no time for second best" I would love second best, instead, I received the worst company Thunder Bay has to offer. Paul Davis does not care about their customers or their own companies integrity. Truly embarrassing local company. Just awful, avoid business at all costs. Will not return phone calls, will not schedule appointments, only thing they will tell me is that they are to busy to work with me. Waited 2 months for them and they STILL havn't even ordered the window glass after 10+ phone calls. Very unprofessional, "fixed" my door included it not being able to shut properly any longer. Would not recommend to a friend, would recommend to someone who wants to flush money down the toilet. I feel embarrassed when people ask me why my window is still boarded up.... I have never written a bad review with a company, this is my first and hopefully last, but I want to inform people of Thunder Bay of this companies shenanigans and untrustworthy business ethics. Hopefully, this review helps you avoid future headaches in regards to Paul Davis.
