  Great staff. Really the only passport location to go to if you want expedient service. The smaller offices just cannot compare. Love this location. Wish Service Canada would replicate this location in the West End.

  Fast service! I love the location. Come in early morning for the fastest results.parking very hard to find and parking enforcement is always around the corner. Watch out!

  I had to replace a stolen passport to return home and the staff were welcoming, competent, fast, and friendly. When they had trouble reaching one of my references, which meant my passport wasn't ready for pickup Friday morning as they had predicted, the pickup office clerk took my phone number and called me as soon as it was done. This was crucial as it allowed me to catch an earlier bus and leave the city more than a day earlier than I had hoped. This office got me home faster than I ever would have thought possible.

  I recently had my passport stolen by my ex right before I had a trip planned to NYC. I realized this the day before my travel. The staff at the Passport office on Victoria Street were amazing! Very compassionate and understanding, expedited my request on the same day! I made it to NYC and had a great time. Thank you all for your hard work and for seeing the person behind the number! S Smith
