  Stopped in for wiper blades. No index to look your own up but the staff will look up sizing for you. They even came out and helped install them and topped off my fluid for buying a pair!

  I really used to love using this location because it was quick, cheap and convenient for getting automotive parts. But my last two visits have been less than satisfactory as I was sold the wrong piece and when I tried to return it the guy working was far from a gentleman. He was very rude when he admitted it was his employees fault and said he would have to submit it as defective.

  I've always been quite happy with the service I received here. Last time I was there the sales associate walked out from behind the counter picking up my product and proceeded to the check out. Didn't even have to ask them to look up the particulars on my vehicle.

  Customer service at 22nd street is poor. Lady manager is not nice. After showing the warranty papers, still they didn't replace the battery at -43C. They were keep giving the excuse and saying its against our policy. But when I was at the circle dr branch, they check the battery and replace with a new one with a very good customer service.
