  The dispatcher and planner did not let the driver Riaz know that my Whirlpool fridge swap would require extra inspection time. Nonetheless Riaz & company professionally did a difficult move. Over and above normal fridge delivery and haul away of broken previous fridge. Thanks!

  I ordered a fridge from costco and Parkway Van Lines was the local delivery agent. I received a message to schedule a local delivery, and called back 7 times (leaving messages) over the next 3 days before somebody called back. They told me I should have called sooner and I now had to wait another 5 days for my fridge. When I expressed my frustration at this, they hung up without scheduling the appointment. The only way I was able to get this company to respond was to complain to costco and the shipping company they use (who hire Parkway Van Lines for local delivery)
