  I've had clothes cleaned here many times without any issue. They have by far the best prices that I've found in downtown Ottawa.

  I dropped off two coats to be dry cleaned and picked them up today dirty, with cat hair all over them. I do not have cats or any pets for that matter. I asked them what that was and they all looked at me puzzled when they all knew exactly what I was talking about. The coats also have a funky smell. What I don't understand is how they can actually hand over a coat like that when their job which I paid for was to give me a cleaned coat. Instead they let a bunch of hair on my coats now I have to take it somewhere else and get it cleaned. I would not recommend this place to any one, not in a million years.

  I have never written a review before but I felt the need to warn others of my experience here. I dropped off a couple items to be cleaned after being told the maximum amount I would be charged (as I am on a budget) and receiving a receipt that stated this. At pick up I was charged much more than I had been quoted. When I asked about this the man told me I was being absolutely ridiculous. When I pointed out that his copy of my receipt had some numbers clearly crossed out in pencil and the total changed he yelled at me that everyone makes mistakes and I need to pay and get out or he would keep my clothing. I explained I didn't appreciate that my bill was raised after I had left and I had not been notified. He continued to yell and demean me for several minutes. As a non-confrontational person I ended up paying the high amount and left the building crying. The female employee did not say anything while this was going on but handed me a tissue. Clothing also had some small stains left on it that had not been removed. Shaken up and disappointed in this experience. Will not be returning.

  Great place for dry cleaning! Amazing prices! Friendly staff! The laundry service is a god-send.... must try!

  I had dropped off a brand new dress, worn only once, they returned it to me with a large black stain in the front. While they replaced the dress, I would not recommend this place if you want your items to returned cleaned. They did not wash a white jacket I dropped off with stains I asked them to remove. They said they had a hard time removing the stains; meanwhile, when I took water and soap to the jacket after realizing the stain remover I had on the stain before I dropped it off still remained, bubbles formed like as if the stain remover was still on the jacket. In other words, they never even cleaned the jacket.
