  Condescending, argumentative, rude and incredibly expensive. I returned Shea butter that was clearly rancid- I've been using shea butter for years as face and body cream- this particular brand was definitely off. The staff argued with me, and even suggested I find a pamphlet to educate myself. They called the manufacturer before returning my money and by a phone call alone, deduced that the shea butter was fine. So much attitude every time I go in to this store. I buy a lot of health products, and will not be returning to this poorly run business.

  Great prices. Helpful staff. The only place to buy the type of chocolate I can eat!
