  After having bought several pieces of jewlery for my wife from Paris Jewellers over the years I can only say I am disgusted by their customer service. After purchasing my wife’s wedding and engagement ring they refused to cover the warranty on my wife’s ring after losing the center stone despite her having filled the conditions of the warranty. Additionally, the original repair cost they quoted me was for 500 dollars more than I have originally paid for the ring. After much debate, they did offer me a repair cost that was just under what I paid for the ring, however when I told them that the number provided was still unacceptable to me I was told nothing more would be done and I was hung up on during what had been to that point a firm but civil conversation. Never again will I purchase anything from this company, and I would strongly encourage others to avoid a similar mistake.

  Bad service. Bad policies. Two bad experiences with Paris in the Peter Pond Mall. I wouldn’t have had the second experience except my husband shopped there again after the first. He won’t again.
