  I had some issues with the service that was done on my $3000+ PC. I presented my case to the manager at OTV and immediately had the situation resolved. I left feeling like a valued customer again and will certainly be back. Thank you OTV!

  Its quite obvious that the people leaving 5 star reviews have never asked OTV to build them a PC. They estimated a build I wanted to cost over $4500 when I was able to purchase the entire build for under $3300. The clerks are so concerned with making sales and commission that they'll suggest pricier items and flat out ignore requests to try and have the largest invoice possible. I will NEVER step foot in this store again and will tell every single person I can how shady and greedy your staff is. They even tried selling a $400+ external HD to a friend that simply needed storage for their Xbox. Unscrupulous crooks everybody would do well to avoid

  The staff at OTV are knowledgeable. It is a nice relaxing atmosphere to decide on what you need for a computer. If they don't have something in stock they will do they're very best to find it for you at a great price! Thank you OTV Crew!

  Great prices, good service (sales staff are not pushy at all and are super helpful when you request it). If I could pervade ALL of my electronic here, I absolutely would. And last of all, it feels great to support local business!

  Great source for common computer gear. Very aggressive pricing on motherboards, CPU and hard drives. Knowledgeable staff who understand computer trends and are never afraid to give their opinion on value versus price. Does not have a huge selection but that is not a negative as it is hard for a bricks and mortar store to carry a vast array of electronics gear. On the plus side they will bring in nearly anything you ask for.
