  It’s funny to say, but I actually look forward to my visits! As soon as you walk into the office, you’re greeted with a smile. Dr Borsuk and her entire team have created an environment that is inviting and welcoming. The whole staff continues to be extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Whenever I have a question, someone is there to answer. I know I am in capable hands!

  Such an amazing team! I always looked forward to my appointments. The staff is incredibly friendly, they take their time and treat you as if you’re the only person in the room. I was sad when my braces were taken off early because I wouldn’t get to see everyone as often. 100% recommend this office and team.

  We love Ottawa West Orthodontics! They provided great service. They staff is knowledgeable and friendly and they are great at replying and responding on weekends and when the office is closed. They were attentive and professional and my son now has a gorgeous smile. We definitely recommend Ottawa West Orthodontics!
