  Great place to study and read! I recommend this place for students who need a quiet place to work.

  I don't know if their air conditioning system is not working or if they refuse to turn it on, but it is disgustingly hot at this library. It's the end of May, there should be some air conditioning or at least air circulation. Go to the Rideau library or any other branch if you'd like to be able to breathe or keep your computer from overheating.

  We loved the library, the gym and the pools. My 2 kids learned how to swim here. My daughter did some ballet too. Great staff and instructors

  Favourite place when I was a kid, favourite place now. It is not a very big library but it has lots to offer! I highly recommend this one! 👍

  Its been some years since I had been to the Ottawa Library. Today I needed to use my local library and I had many things to accomplish. Overall, I was able to accomplish what I needed to and the facilities were fine. However.... then I asked a simple question. "How can I print?" I was not up to date on whether one can print directly from one's computer or not. My question was met with annoyance and clear impatience. The staff member was clearly put out by my question and made me feel very uncomfortable. Eventually and without much assistance I was able to determine that there are terminals from which one can print. From the outset.. the staff member could have simply indicated that was the print options available at the location. It is unfortunate that the INFORMATION DESK... doesn't easily or willingly SHARE information!
