  Went in for a "free consultation" for a cerec crown. The ladies at the front are definitely 5 star, however was not so impressed by the dentist. He seemed to not want to answer questions that challenged his authority like why would he suggest a more expensive crown over the $899.00 cerec crown? I did my research before going because on the phone I had already been told I had two options, the cerec or the more expensive normal crown. I knew they would try and upsale me. They took a xray for $28.00 for nothing, they barely looked at it nor didn't even talk about it.... what? I just got radiated for nothing ha....Leaving there I was quoted $2985 for a bridge (like what? I didn't even talk about a bridge) or the crown $1015.00 (which they said was really not the way to go). I asked him why they offer cerec and then not suggest it and he kind of got upset and said different people need different treatments, I agree but I bet no one gets the offer of the cerec. Anyways, I am sure they have extremely high rent there so do your research before going, will be going back to my own dentist.

  Very rude front end receptionist. My wife likes them but I finally couldn't take it any more and switched. She has to learn customer service. Dentist and hygienist are great. They could do better with a less bitchy receptionist for sure!!

  Front desk staff are extremely rude. I wouldn't recommend going there. There was a misunderstanding about a treatment cost and I provided a solution to prevent this from occurring in the future...receptionist hung up when I was mid-sentence after she said she didn't want to discuss it. Very unprofessional. Not impressed.

  A truly amazing experience! I have been to so many dentists, and this one is the best by FAR. The team was professional, nice, kind, and effective. The dentist was quick and knowledgeable. I could not recommend this office more. If you work in the downtown Ottawa core and are in need of dental work, this is the place for you! Trust me.

  I have been there twice... both times he knew I didn't have insurance and the girls made sure I knew how much everything cost. He took great care of me and it wasn't overly expensive. I would recommend him for a root canal anyday. Thank you so much Doctor!
