  I wish I could post a picture of my botched eyebrow shape. When I sent a picture in the next day to complain that I paid 62 dollars to tint and shape my eyebrows only to have to spend months regrowing one in - I was told it was the muscles in my face and the way I slept. Funny how, up until that moment, my last eyebrow girl was always able to make them somewhat match. I should have asked for her portfolio. Live and learn I guess.

  Incredibly knowledgeable, friendly staff and the best products in Ottawa. I've been to both the Wellington and Beechwood locations and both are terrific! Online too.
