  The staff are nice and the facility is big, experiences I had with their automotive service department is mostly negative. I find the services are overpriced compared to other reputable shops. They charge a million bucks and a half for parts versus going to an auto wrecker. The technicians are amateurs that simply don't get paid enough, had a few things broken by them. Also had to go somewhere else to get a repair completed.

  Tommy Ma made we make the decision between Mazda, Honda or Toyota - yes, we went for a Toyota Corolla. He knows his product, he knows his clients and (most important) he listens to what we need, instead of just trying to push the product. He even worked on a day off so we could see the car before buying it. Great job, Tommy. Toyota should be giving you a fat bonus.

  My husband and I just bought a 2012 Toyota Matrix from product advisor Tommy Ma. We absolutely loved dealing with him, his youthfulness, energy, enthusiasm and professionalism made our experience all the more enjoyable. We wouldn't hesitate in dealing with him in the future. We would highly recommend him to all our friends on Vancouver island.

  Had such a pleasant experience from the Sales Department. I was looking for a Sienna and Tommy was very patient in answering all of my questions and concerns. He even has an info-graph to show all the different types of trim level Toyota offers. The Service Department was also very fast and efficient! 2 thumbs up!

  This is a bit overdue, however, my mom and I purchased a brand new RAV4 from Tommy a few months ago and we had an awesome experience! He made sure to take care of us from beginning to end and didn't juggle us between customers. I was absolutely stunned by how much the car industry has changed! He was open and upfront throughout his entire sales process. I definitely recommend Tommy to any future car buyers. On a side note, they also have a very nice espresso machine.
