  Bad experience!!! Favor was given to the tenant who doesn’t pay for 5 months now and doesn’t want to leave the basement rather than let my 6 years old granddaughter & her mom stay in my basement. It’s very unfair! This is unfair!!! Send documents as said, and as I followed but still nothing happened! I don’t understand why there’s no fairness. Now the person said because you don’t have a lawyer!!!

  not a fan at all, I send some documents and proof of everything and my appeal was denied till this day I don't know why ????????????I was not given an explanation, waste of time and money for the poor to get justice. “There is a higher law than the law of government. That's the law of conscience.”
