::What a clown. Not impressed at all. Omer came to my house to run diagnostic on a Gas appliance. He found the issue and I paid for his service. He told me what the issue was and contacted me a few days later to give me a quote for the part (with his 10% profit on the part). He then said that if I could find the part elsewhere for cheaper, I should get it and he will gladly install it for me (and give me a credit for the original service call $60). I did find the part for a more reasonable price from the manufacturer. I then called him to install the part. He was very rude to me and also refused to do any additional work for me. He said that I bought the wrong part and that he does not want to have anything to do with it. I am now left with a $350 part and no one to install it. This is the first and last time I use Omer. Thanks Omer for wasting my time and money.
