::I had the pleasure of working with Charlene, Hao and Pierre. Although it was rocky at first because of my expectations and budget, the team did their absolute best to turn my experience around and go above and beyond to ensure they find me what I was looking for. Will definitely go there constantly and refer all my contacts

::Excellent Service and competitive pricing. Ottawa, no need to shop outside your own town to buy a Mercedes, support your local Store! I am bringing some good Wine to share, for when I pick my new 2018 Sprinter!

::My family has been buying from and having vehicles serviced at Ogilvie Mercedes for over 20 years. I personally have been buying and having vehicles serviced with Ogilvie since 2012. When you buy from Ogilvie, your family becomes a part of their family and I don’t intend to break tradition anytime soon. They go above and beyond to make sure they tailor every visit to your needs and they make sure you’re always good to go. The service team including Shawn, Tiffany and Marc take such good care of me even in the wee hours of the AM. The sales team and my fave Leslie are always keeping me in the know about the latest and greatest on the floor. The Starbucks coffee is a big bonus as well as the wonderful car wash they do after every service appointment. Thank you Ogilvie Mercedes team!

::12/9/2017 NOTE: I have changed my review from 2 to 3 stars following remedial action taken by the dealership. Specifically, I was contacted by the Customer Care Manager who was very apologetic and made sure I finally got an appointment. Notably, the earliest available appointment was for December 22 (7 weeks after my initial attempted contact and over 5 weeks after successful contact with the manager), as she indicated this a very busy time of year for them. Though the time delay is not ideal, the follow-up by the the Customer Care Manager was appreciated as she was very helpful and candid. ORIGINAL REVIEW FOLLOWS: First things first- this could have easily been a 5 start review if I was ever actually able to get my car serviced here. The only reason this isn't a 0-star experience is because of two very pleasant interactions with sales staff. Having first gone in to look for a car, we were very happy with salesperson Dave's service. He was courteous, polite, and knowledgeable. We ended up buying a car privately but returned to this dealership to set up the warranty service. Again, a very pleasant experience dealing with salesperson Mike, who got us all set up in the system and cooridnated with Mercedes Benz Canada to transfer the warranty, despite us not having bought the car there. He told us to call them when the Service & Parts desk was open to schedule our first maintenance. Sure, no problem. That's where everything falls part - the Service desk. I called during opening hours on Saturday, November 4. The receptionist transferred me to the Service desk and after several rings, when no one picked up, she came back on, apologized, and took a message for them to all me back. By next Wednesday, no one had called me back. I then tried calling again (still during opening hours) - this time there was no receptionist; I went straight to the Service desk. I waited on hold 5 minutes before giving up. I hung up, and decided to give these guys a THIRD chance by submitting an online request. We are now at the next Saturday, November 11, and I have received no phone call or email back. I have to assume they are just not interested in setting up a maintenance service relationship with me. If they are too busy to take on new clients, I'd prefer they just tell me that.

::Just purchased a Smart 2017. Electric drive (ED) - what a fun car to drive!! (It is my 2nd smart car). The Smart ED is a much better ride than my original Smart, has amazing torque and I love finding spots to park where no one else can fit in. My new Smart has all the bells and whistles and the $13,000. Government incentive is fantastic. The incentive also offers 50% refund on 240V fast chargers. The sales team (Mr. David Brooks) and service team (Shawn and Mark) gave me spectacular service when it came time to purchase and install my winter tires. I showed up at the wrong time for my service, and they took great lengths to accommodate me in a timely fashion. The Ogilvie Ottawa Mercedes dealership is the best sales environment I have experienced so far, and plan to be a client for many years to come.
