::Showed up mid afternoon looking to get some information about a specific car, was greeted at the front desk by the receptionist and she was very polite. The salesperson on the other hand made it feel like it was a major inconvenience that I came in that day, and really made it seem like he’d rather be sitting at his desk instead of dealing with a potential customer. I stood around while he checked for information, saw him walk by a couple times before finally coming back. I’ve been to other dealerships in this area and they were super pleasant and helpful, unlike this one. Wouldn’t waste my time going back, whether I’m looking to buy a Chevrolet Spark or a Cadillac CTS-V.

::We just had the worst experience of our life with the body shop. We spoke with the body shop manager and the sale manager and they were both very disrespectful and rude. We just wanted our car back in the condition it was before the accident and were told “ we already received more than we deserve.” We do NOT recommend this dealership to anyone! No one should be treated the way we were.

::I purchased my very first Chevrolet (and first SUV) from Nurse this past August. I never found anyone trying push anything on me. My sales consultant, Alicia, has been fantastic before and after the sale. She was very patient, answered all of my questions prior to purchase, and has kept in touch since the sale (she even noticed I was coming to an owners' welcome night and took the time to text me that she wanted to be there to say hi but couldn't make it). I have gone back and purchased a few accessories for my SUV; they matched the best price I got from another dealership with no questions asked. The body shop has installed a stone chip guard on my hood and the work was excellent. Their members program is awesome where they give you back a percentage of your purchases towards your next vehicle on top of any promotions running; members also receive free rewards like free detailing and a mat cleaning with car wash every time you come in for an oil change. They have a Mancini's sandwich shop right inside the dealership (Mancini's is a great shop on its own in downtown Whitby) and beats the regular waiting area food you would receive elsewhere. The owner, Mary Nurse, made herself available to speak to all of us at the new owners at the owners night, plus fed us all while we waited; this is an dealer owner that cares! I'm sold on Nurse!
