  Can’t keep track of record nor call when they refer you or Not refer you at all and make you jump through hoops and call 5 differnt places in the hospital to tell you you have to pay 25$ To possibly get the right information. The last record visit they had was in 2014. But i was there 2 weeks ago and have paperwork to prove it. Very disappointing
