  This is one of the WORST experiences we have encountered. We placed an order for a trailer item, when it arrived it was damaged and instead of contacting us for pick AS REQUESTED the shipped the item and told us it was our problem the item was fine. There are many words to describe this type of service including THIEVES but I'm sure you get the point. I am forced to give them 1 star

  Don't waste you're time here. They do not stand behind what they sell. We bought the platinum extended warranty. Everything we need is declined. What a waste of money and time. No thanks Rick. Well be shopping elsewhere

  They were very excellent to deal with, and know their stuff. Got me set up with a great trailer, and sorted out some problems with the set up I had on my tow vehicle very quickly. Top notch customer service, and very reasonable prices. Worth the drive from Southern Ontario.

  Friendly informative staff made the experience really pleasurable. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for an RV!
