  great service when you are in the building, everyone is friendly. but .... trying to get a hold of someone over the phone is next to impossible. I've even called back 2 seconds after missing their call and couldn't get a hold of anyone. ended up having to drive to the bank to speak to someone. please please please northern credit union staff, start answering your phones.

  can never get ahold of anybody and they can't do anything over the phone when you do.
