  Stay away from this place! I brought my car in for repairs 12 months ago. They finished most of it, but still had to add one more part. Now, in spite of my repeatedly requesting them to finish the job, I am still waiting. Yes, 12 months and still not completed. Unbelievable!

  The customer service I received at Nordic (Fix Auto) was one of the worst I have ever experienced. My insurance company referred me to this collision centre stating that they would guarantee the work. Little did I know they are not outfitted to perform much more than a paint job. My car was rear ended and in addition to the cosmetic damage the backup camera stopping functioning and the alignment was thrown off. Nordic (Fix Auto) informed me that the damage to the back up camera was not as a result of the accident and that a rear end collision would not alter my alignment. After subsequently taking my car to the dealer (which I should have done in the first place) the back-up camera was confirmed to have been damaged. The dealer informed me that typically a Collision Centre would refer that type of "technical" work to a dealer to perform the repair and they would be reimbursed via the insurance company. The dealer also checked my alignment which showed both rear wheels out of alignment. I may not be a mechanic, but I do have common sense, something the staff at Nordic Auto are missing. NOT RECOMMENDED.
