  Temps d’attente extrêmement long au point de Sevice de Vaudreuil et le service n’est vraiment pas axé sur la résolution de problèmes.

  Very rude representatives. I've always had a bad experience with Telus's customer service (and service and mistakes on bills) in the past which is why I switched to elsewhere. But now I could get a corporate discount which is why I contacted NNadeau.. in short I would rather not get the discount and stay with another provider.

  Bit of a long wait as there was only one employee in the building serving customers. Aside from that, the pricing for our phone plan was amazing and the phone was set up and ready to go very quickly once we were served.
