  I went in wanting to buy a black stick shift Nissan Sentra... After going through 2 sales reps, I left pretty upset. I was being sold on everything EXCEPT what I came in to buy. I went to Waterloo instead and bought the car in less than 45 minutes, test drive included. My sales experience at Downtown Nissan was less than stellar obviously. With that said, I lived a block away from their location so I had my Waterloo car serviced at this location. AMAZING SERVICE from Lenny... How many people can brag about their service manager at a car dealership, of all places? I no longer live in Toronto, but every now and then, I call Lenny to get his advice because my dealership here on the west coast sucks. Even though I'll probably never have my car serviced in Toronto, Lenny ALWAYS takes the time to talk, actually remembers me (!) and is very generous with his advice. Natasha also helped me one time when Lenny was on vacation (I was so bummed) and she was also fantastic! I REALLY MISS getting my car serviced here. West Coast dealerships (I'm talking to you North Vancouver Nissan) should take example on how to build relationships with clients. YOU ROCK DOWNTOWN NISSAN SERVICE TEAM!

  I recently leased my new vehicle from Nissan Downtown. The whole experience was first class from start to finish and this was due in no small part to the excellent advice and service provided by Colin Diaz. I can’t speak highly enough of his knowledge, attention to detail and the care that he provided to me at all stages of the process. The other associates I encountered in the dealership were also a pleasure to deal with. I recommend without any qualification that you should visit Nissan Downtown the next time you are in the market for a new vehicle.

  I normally do not write reviews as I don’t generally take the time out for it. This I am writing because of the great service I received at Nissan Downtown. I was in the market for a 370z, but in the beginning was not sure if I was going to get it or some sporty sedan and ended up looking at quite a few manufacturers and dealerships, some of the German brands for sporty sedans and also quite a few Nissan dealerships and other dealers selling Nissan 370z. At Nissan downtown, Colin showed me a few 370z options and tried his best to work out a deal for me but I wanted to still shop around and he was very patient. His service was exceptional in answering questions I would have from time to time, and unlike a lot of the other dealerships, he was really willing to work with me around my requirements, unlike a lot of other dealerships who are pushy. Finally, Colin worked out a really great deal for me, got the exact car and color that I wanted and it has been a great experience. I would highly recommend him if you are visiting Nissan Downtown!

  Bought a car, Nissan Sentra model 2017, with the advisor Oscar Solorzano who offered a very friendly service. The advisor has the respective knowledge when it comes to offering the products and provides the information in all safety. enjoyed this experience.
