  Hands down WORST sushi I had in a long time.. We ordered it thru Just-eat, cost $40 bucks for like 6 rolls (kappas, avocado, 1dynamite and 1 chicken - nothing fancy) and 3 miso soups.. came in hour and a half from when we ordered.. my wife asked for no fish eggs and mayo in dynamite roll - came with shitload of fisheggs on top.. miso soups half full (half empty, you choose lol) and COLD.. This place is a joke, I don't even know how they're still in business lol.. STAY AWAY, there's a lot of better places around...

  Walked into Nikkyu on a rare sunny Vancouver day ready to roll. After being seated I noticed the "Free Wifi" sign and tapped into that real quick. The patio even has an auxiliary cord for customers to play bangers on. To my right was a drink menu that offers pitchers of Sapporo for $10, they even serve them in proper chilled Sapporo pint glasses :) ! Sake bombs (which require you and your mates to hammerfist the table until a shot of sake propped above your pint by chopsticks drops in which then means chugging your drink) are only $3.50. Yam tempura rolls were the highlight of my meal, some of the best I've had in Vancouver. At the end of the day this place overall is average at best from the food to the decor. However it's one of the cheapest places to blackout, and when you're drunk everything tastes great!

  One of my favorite sushi spots. Excellent fresh tasting sushi and rice. Affordable. I will be back!

  Super tasty and lovely service. My waitresse was sweet and provided us the most amazing experience. Great sushi combos and promotions. Reasonable prices. I highly recommend Combo A for less than 12$... just AMAZING!

  This is one of my two favourite places in the world, number one being our cabin in the Gulf islands. Every single time I have gone here (about 40 times or so) I have had excellent service and amazing food. Not to mention the drink prices!! Every staff member does their best to treat you well and I'll be coming back here as long as I live. Thank you Nikkyu for being such a huge part of my life and a great member of the community.
