::We weren't sure about home automation, but thought we would look into it. Drayton from New Wave came to our house with samples and prepared to explain the different levels available and what that could mean for our house. He came up with a proposal and made some useful suggestions to improve the functionality of our plan. He was respectful of our limitations and was able to design a system that exactly met our needs. Installation was quick and clean, all the pieces worked exactly as described. One of the blinds was damaged on delivery and it was a no-fuss replacement.
