::All I wanted was to know how much it costs to replace a screen on an iPhone. Got transferred three times, asked to leave a message (which was never returned) and got attitude when I asked the person answering the phone to just go and ask someone if she didn't know. Still don't know the answer and no longer care, will be looking for somewhere else.

::NeuralNet does not deserve 1/5 stars - I wish I could give 0/5. Had THE most awful experience, regarding a straightforward AppleCare situation. I slipped on ice while holding my phone (purchased 3 months ago with AppleCare), my phone absolutely smashed. The employee told me that my phone may be considered "catastrophic damage" and not be covered under AppleCare whatsoever; I've never heard of this before, and was very concerned. After extensive frustration and unclear communication from NeuralNet, I decided to leave and call Apple myself. When I called Apple they were very concerned about this "catastrophic damage" misinformation from NeuralNet, and assured me my AppleCare is valid, a new phone is currently en route to me. Furthermore, the employee at NeuralNet was hellbent on trying to confirm that my smashed screen and the rest of the phone were in fact from the same phone; when I told this to Apple they said their policy is that when it doubt, to believe the customer, and to also use reason (why on earth would I smash TWO phones, and then try and pass them off together? It makes NO sense). The technicians at NeuralNet should not be licensed to represent Apple or their products, as they are clearly not familiar with Apple's practices and policies. The other complaints are valid regardless of the management response on Google reviews. Call Apple directly and DO NOT waste your time going to this store, who will misinform you and waste your time.

::Thank you Simon and the front desk team for restoring my MacBook pro, bringing my keychain back, restoring backup and cleaning. You folks, combined with the fine technical managers at AppleCare came thru for me! Friendly, approachable front desk team, constantly updating me on the status and confirming work before proceeding...all what one can expect from a certified apple repair team. Thanks gang, and good luck with the big move.

::Will not go back...charged me $80 to clean out my charging port on my iPhone. Any other cellular dealer would not charge to do so.... Thought I would give them a chance, but will not go back.

::Pretty good place. There is new staff and everything is being renovated. I got my Iphone 7 fixed there and it was fixed less than a week later and that is good timing considering this was over the holidays. I asked them if the water resistance was intact after the repair and they said yes, i don't know it that is true though Edit* What did the apple technician say? was the man from your shop correct about the water resistance?
